After having a Sushi lunch, we will teach you the etiquette for tea ceremonies and make Matcha together.
Okami (Matcha expert/Mrs.Nagai) lectures you kindly by English.

1. Enjoy a Sushi Lunch(60min)
Enjoy a Sushi lunch made lovingly by a professional sushi chef (Taisho/Mr.Nagai) who has more than 35 years of experience.
2. Watch a Tea ceremony demonstration (10min)
Watch a Tea ceremony demonstration by Okami (Mrs.Nagai) who has been performing tea ceremonies for more than 15 years.
3. Enjoy Matcha(20min)
- Learn how to make Matcha (Usucha / Not strong flover)
- You can make and enjoy Matcha.
- Learn how to make Matcha (Usucha / Not strong flover)
- Learn how to eat sweets and drink Matcha.
- Enjoy a Wagashi(Japanese traditional sweets and Matcha!
- You can choose a Matcha bowl from a wide selection of beautiful hand-crafted Matcha bowls.
- Okami (Matcha expert/Mrs.Nagai) lectures you kindly by English.
