1. Enjoy a Sushi Lunch(60min)

Enjoy a Sushi lunch made lovingly by a professional sushi chef (Taisho/Mr.Nagai) who has more than 35 years of experience.






2. Watch a Tea ceremony demonstration (10min)

Watch a Tea ceremony demonstration by Okami (Mrs.Nagai) who has been performing tea ceremonies for more than 15 years.




3. Enjoy Matcha(20min)

  • Learn how to make Matcha (Usucha / Not strong flover)
  • You can make and enjoy Matcha.


  • Learn how to make Matcha (Usucha / Not strong flover)
  • Learn how to eat sweets and drink Matcha.
  • Enjoy a Wagashi(Japanese traditional sweets and Matcha! 
  • You can choose a Matcha bowl from a wide selection of beautiful hand-crafted Matcha bowls.
