If you wish to cancel a workshop booking, you must do so at least one day before the workshop starts.

If your refund is approved, it will be automatically processed using your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please not that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since the refund was approved and processed, please send us a message using the Contact form.

Non-refundable workshop
Please note that we are unable to process refunds for cancellations made on the day of the workshop.- Same day : No refund
- One day before : 50% refund
- Two days before : Full refund
